The Research Club was started 6 years ago in London for the purposes of networking like-minded research professionals in the field of marketing research and strategic planning.

This November, we are lucky enough to become associated with ‘The Market Research Event 2011′ by IIR.  We are very excited at the prospect of this association and look forward to large turnout.

Research club gatherings are very informal, no presentations or sales pitches, just the perfect way for you to meet and learn more about your market research industry peers while enjoying complimentary drinks and appetizers provided by the event sponsors.

Each Research Club event operates within the following simple principles:

  • Anyone associated with the marketing research industry is welcome.
  • No hard sell practices.
  • No speeches or formal presentations.

PAI Co-Sponsors Clemson University’s CU-ICAR “Deep Orange” program

PAI and AutoPacific

have joined forces to co-sponsor the Clemson University “Deep Orange” future vehicle development program.

Through the use of PAI’s mTAB™ survey analysis software, Clemson CU-ICAR center students are offered convenient access to the AutoPacific’s syndicated New Vehicle Satisfaction Study.

The partnership of PAI and AutoPacific allows Clemson students to use mTAB™ to “deep dive” and data mine the AutoPacific syndicated survey results, gathering consumer insights and uncovering new product opportunities. This data will be incorporated within the development process of the CU-ICAR department’s 2011 “Deep Orange” prototype vehicle

Clemson University’s International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR) is a 250-acre advanced-technology research campus where university, industry and government organizations collaborate. CU-ICAR offers Masters and PhD programs in Automotive Engineering and is conducting leading-edge applied research in critical areas such as advanced product development strategies, sustainable mobility, intelligent manufacturing systems and advanced materials.

CU-ICAR has industrial-scale laboratories and testing equipment in world-class facilities available for commercial use as well as a comprehensive computational center, dedicated to solving clients industrial problems, and backed by a massive high-performance computing infrastructure.

mTAB™ 2009 Release 1

Everyone at PAI has been working hard on another update to mTAB™. This latest version, released in July is packed with new features to help provide more insights into data analysis.

The new features added in this release include:

  • Recodes – Sorting New Labels

Art Center College of Design using mTAB™

2009 marks the fourth year in a row, PAI has been a patron of the renowned Pasadena Art Center College of Design.

PAI is providing mTAB™ for an Art Center class for students studying consumer automotive feature preferences. The Art Center College of Design has been a leader in art and design education for nearly 75 years. The College offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in a wide range of disciplines, as well as Public Programs offering design education to all ages and levels of experience. Fundamental to Art Center’s core curricula is a commitment to social and cultural engagement and giving students the tools and skills with which to affect change and address real-world issues. Art Center is located in Pasadena, California, with classes held at its Hillside Campus and new South Campus in downtown Pasadena.

PAI an Exhibitor at 2008 AMA and IIR Events

PAI will be Exhibiting at the AMA Annual Market Research Conference which will be held in Boston, MA from September 14 through September 17th 2008 and the annual IIR Market Research Event held in Anaheim, CA from October 13 through October 16th 2008.  If you are planning to attend either prestigious industry event, please make plans to visit the PAI booth.

mTAB™ 2007 Release 3

PAI released the third of three planned mTAB™ service enhancements on November 9th, 2007.  Each of the three 2007 mTAB™ releases featured functional enhancements to the mTAB™ service.   Highlights of this release include automated significance testing and the ability to display filter detail.  A comprehensive reference to all new features added in these releases is available through the mTAB™ Support page.

While PAI will continue to support the legacy mTAB™ desktop software for existing customers in the foreseeable future, new service enhancements will be limited to the mTAB™ web service.

500,000 mTAB™ Web Crosstabs and Counting!

The web based mTAB™ service, was launched in beta form to customers in January 2004 and on November 18, 2007 registered a cumulative 500,000 customer cross tabulations .  With several recent customer account additions yielding thousands of new web service users and with the vast majority of existing legacy desktop mTAB™ customers migrating to the mTAB™ web service, PAI anticipates exceeding 1,000,000 customer mTAB™ web service crosstab runs in the near future.
